Olufolake Abdulrazaq, Kwara’s first lady has congratulated Professor Ibrahim Gambari, the new chief of staff to President Muhammadu Buhari.
In a statement by Adeniyi Adeyinka, chief press officer to the wife of the governor, Olufolake described as “timely”. She said that ” the appointment of Prof. Ibrahim Agboola Gambari (CFR), a Kwaran, as Chief of Staff is timely as his wealth of experience as a seasoned diplomat will come to bear in the discharge of his duties especially during these trying times”.
“The antecedents of Professor Gambari as a former Minister of External Affairs, Nigeria’s Representative to the United Nations and Chancellor, Kwara State University will help in no small measure in the current global coalition against the dreaded corona virus and its attendant contingencies”.
“Given his robust credentials, clout and maturity I am in no doubt that professor Gambari will discharge his duties to the best of his abilities and make Kwara proud”
