It’s no longer news that the newly appointed director-general of the World Trade Organization (WTO), Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, is currently in Nigeria on a five-day working visit.
The big news is that the brilliant WTO director-general who was former Nigeria’s Minister of Finance returned to her former beat, this time, in a courtesy visit to the Honourable Minister of Finance, Budget and National Planning, Dr. Zainab Shamsuna Ahmed.
Dressed in her signature Ankara style, the former Nigerian Finance Minister who has become a symbol of inspiration to the Nigerian womenfolk was warmly received by Dr. Zainab Shamsuna Ahmed and other top officials of the Ministry of Finance, Budget and National Planning.
